Doing More with Less? Right-to-Work Laws, School Productivity, and Student Achievement

This paper examines the effects of Right-to-Work laws on K–12 student achievement and school productivity. I use state-level policy variation and difference-in-differences, to estimate the impact of RTW adoption on math and reading outcomes.
